Our house, is a very, very, very fine house.
Where we live,
This is just a quick blog to show you where we are living as many people have asked us for a few pics. I have supplied a few. If anyone knows London we are living in Leyton which is about four stops (away from the city) from the Liverpool Street underground, on the central line. (Get out your tube map if you really are all that interested.)
I know that the picture of the outside is fairly non-descipt but basically all of the houses in the street look exactly the same, (like most of London) plus we don't want to be hunted down by crazy internet people. If you want the actual address just send us an email.

There isn't really much to tell you about it. We live with a nice couple from south africa and an aussie girl who works at the "Cheers" bar in the city. You know the one, its where everybody knows your name, and their always glad you came!
Our room is pictured in all of its 120 pounds per week glory (That's $300 aussie dollars just for the room, but its a good deal in London and is about one days pay before tax for us.)
That brings me to the final two pictures. The wallpaper and the ceiling.
I have a Q that needs an A!
Q - Why do we bother with fashion when we know that as soon as we get it then its already going out of fashion?
Case in point is the lovely wallpaper and patterned ceiling. The types of things in at the moment are probebly going to go the same way. I wonder what the owners said when the house was first built? How would it compare to what is in fashion in homes at the moment? What did the real estate agent say to prospective clients?
"It has wooden floor, but you really must see the patterened ceiling!"
"It is rendered brick...but you must see the patterned ceiling!"
"Its light and airy with a lock up garage but if you can get past that your just going to love the patterened ceiling!"
"Open plan no! Patterened ceiling yes!"
"It does have stainless steel appliances but the big selling point is the patterned ceiling."
"Folks, once you see the patterened ceiling you'll fall in love with the place, plus we are prepared to carpet the walls for you and provide free lime green lino right through the hallways."
At some point I'm sure it was cool and its quirky enough to get cool again. Just wait and see. Patterened ceilings are coming back! That's my fashion prediction and the end of tonights blog. I promise the next one will be about something slightly more interesting!
We love you guys
